Eastern Kentucky Flooding Rescues - Many Lessons Learned

NRS Instructor Tracy Trimble recently sat down with two other members of Wolfe County Search and Rescue (WCSAR) for a discussion of some insightful search and rescue (SAR) details.  These details covered the events surrounding the historic flooding that happened in Eastern Kentucky summer 2022.
